Devil Wears Occult (Created At OÜ) offers a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the European Union Consumer Rights Directive. If you wish to return your purchase, you must inform us of your decision within 14 days from the date the goods were physically delivered to you.
Right of Withdrawal
- You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
- The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods.
- To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Created At OÜ (Devil Wears Occult) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) to info@occult.ee.
- To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Refunds and Effects of Withdrawal
- If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
- We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund request is approved or rejected.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
- The refund will include the original purchase price and standard shipping costs. Return shipping costs are not refundable.
Partial Refunds
In some circumstances, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Items with clear signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning
- Any item that is damaged or missing parts due to reasons not attributable to our error
- Any item that is returned without its original packaging, where the packaging forms a substantial part of the product
Returning the Goods
- You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
- You are obliged to send back the goods or hand them over to Created At OÜ without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.
- The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
Condition of Goods
- The goods must be unused and in the original packaging when returned.
- You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Non-Returnable Products and Sale Items
The following products cannot be returned according to EU legislation:
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery.
- Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
- Sealed audio or video recordings or computer software which have been unsealed after delivery.
Sale Items
- Items purchased during sales or with promotional discounts are subject to the same 14-day return policy as regular priced items, as required by EU law.
- Special promotional offers or items marked as “final sale” remain subject to statutory warranty rights in case of defects.
Defective Products
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at info@occult.ee. We will replace the defective item or offer a full refund, including the cost of return shipping.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeframe:
- First, check your bank account again as processing times may vary between financial institutions.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
